I just came back shopping=)
Supposed to buy my sis's birthday present,
But being typical me..
I ended up asking my brother to buy me my birthday present instead=X
Whoops.
I got myself a bag with my brother paying for it^^
A sunglasses from my mom..
A few stationary from my sister,
Money from my dad=)
I got my usual early birthday present from them=D

Thinking about me turning 18,
Really excites me!=D
I am feeling so young again!!
Hahahahaha!!!
If you think birthdays make me feel old,
Hell you are so WRONG!!
Birthdays always make me feel young!

Do I even look EIGHTEEN to you!?
That reminds me of Saturday,
When I went out with my lil sis and my mom..
They asked me if I need a kids ticket,
And I was like..
Uh, no I am using my touch and go card,
There are people who got mistaken,
That my lil sister who is only 13 this year,
Is elder than me..
Like wtf!?
Do I even look 13 to you!?=.=

I owe my sister a gift,
September is a month for me to exchange gifts with my lil sister,
Since our birthdays are only a week plus apart..
I am supposed to get her a bag,
But we couldn't find any that she wants in Tropicana just now,
She wants a Bodyglove bag,
So yeah,
I havta get that for her..

Last night,
When I was chatting with a friend of mine who is from Tanzania,
He asked me,
About my country's independece day,
And I told him that OUR country is celebrating..
Its 51st/50th independence day today=_____="
I was looking through my friends status updates in facebook,
There were loads of posts wishing everyone Happy Independence day and those shit,
Which is when I realize that..
Our country is celebrating its 52nd Independence day today,
Not 51st or 50th!o.O
So much for being a "Malaysian" eh?

I think I am not the only one who thinks that our country is celebrating..

(please tell me that I am not the only one=X)
Its 50th or 51st birthday today..
But do keep quiet about me not knowing how old is my country=X

Awesome bookfair

The bookfair was A.W.E.S.O.M.E!
Surprisingly,
There were lesser crowds this time..
And there were more choices this time,
When comes to books..

The feeling of walking into the fair,
The smell of new books..
Is soooooo inexplicably orgasmic=X
I just luuuurrrve the smell of new books..^^

I "met" loads of awesome authors there!!
Torey Hayden is always my favourite,
Jodi Picoult comes next..
But I didn't purchase any of Jodi Picoult's books this time...
But I got myself one of Hayden's book=)

I bought 6 books,
I saw Niccolo Machiavelli's books,
Wanted to buy it..
But when I looked into the basket filled with books..
I decided to put them down=/
But it was a good book actually..

As for my lil sister,
She bought a few books too..

We spent about 300 plus in that fair,
On books and stationary..
My sister bought me my birthday gift from there=)
Now I gotta buy something for her in return for her birthday..
Our birthdays are a week plus apart..

It was a great outing with my mom and sis..
I got the books I wanted,
And I am currently reading on of them which is by Michael Palmer,
Find it rather confusing with so many characters in it..
But it was an intriguing piece of work from that man.

For now,
I gotta get things organize in my room..

Movie marathon, first day of my "break"

Its my first day of my break,
So I decided to take my day off..
Slacking..=)
Its been awhile since I have this laid back feeling,
Actually,
Since I started this sem..
Somehow,
I managed to put my tasks at the back of my mind..
And just enjoy my blissful laidback moments,
Knowing that I can't go on being laid back after this..

Managed to spend time with my siblings after ages!!
We actually had lunch together,
Which is good..
Well,
My brother and I sorta came out with outrageous EDIBLE recipe this noon,
I has pasta for lunch..
Actually it was FRIED pasta with sambal and eggs..XP
Fried them with eggs and it tasted buttery..XD
My brother came out with black ketchup pasta recipe,
Which I think its rather salty..
He has weird taste anyway..
He even fried rice with butter today for dinner..
Since we are out of oil.

And I had a movie marathon with my siblings!Xp
LOL!
Its nice to be able to do something with the lil ones again..

Goshhh!
I feel light after ages,
"Light" as in..
I don't havta fret over getting my homework done on time,
So that I'll have time to go through my notes,
Or do some reading for the next day..

This week has been,
CRAZY!!
Not crazy crazy,
But crazy.
Full stop.
Yeah, you guys probably don't get what I mean huh?
Well, the time passed exceptionally fast this week,
Not sure if its just me being sucked into this bedlam of unending thoughts of mine,
Which is never ending..
For I have to consistently keep my mind on track,
Eliminating every negative thoughts like,
The feeling of exhaustion..

My flu is back running..
As if it needs to win the marathon race desperately this time,
My throat is dry every morning,
And I needa catch up with my sleep!=)

Anyway,
I feel dang good after my Functions test today,
And my presentation too!
I think we did fine in it=D
Marquis de Sade is one fine insane guy,
Buthen again, its up to you guys to decide if he's someone for you to admire,
Or deserve hatred..
I can't help being amuse by the philosophie he came out with,
But at the same time..
I am disgusted by the fact that most of his writings,
Depicted the exploitation of women,
As if women are merely an object to satisfy men's insatiable "needs"..
However, if its not for him..
There will not be people who accept the freedom of speech,
Or more libertarian emerging out there today.

Some people might prefer an authoritarian kinda system,
But for some of them,
Me for instance..
I guess I am more into the libertarian system,
That reminds me of the test I just took..
Since my History lecturer asked us to do a political compass test,
To see where we stand in the political compass,
And the result explains it all,
Well sorta..
But I seriously detest the authorities,
Not all but MOST..
I know you guys probably are new to my blog,
But I've been blogging for ages..
And back then,
I usually have sacarstic posts about the people who bring other people down,
Just to make themselves superior...

Hint : When I was in the prefectorial board, man I still remember being super disgusted looking at those dogs who followed blindly at the people who are "in power" not realizing that they are just a medium for them to get things accomplished. Truly absurd authentic dummies they are. Actually there are no words to elucidate how disgusted I am towards people who have no say for themselves. Its always the authorians knows the best. PURE BULLSHIT!

I try not to be too blatant in expressing myself at times,
Heck,
I don't wanna mince my words for such people!
Who do not have their own thoughts..
Its like,
You keep rattling everything to them,
They absorb everything and follow your lead,
Just because you are "superior" than they are..
When the truth is,
You are just like any other ordinary people,
Who tries to impose your rules and so call "principles" to the other around you..
You get what I mean by that "you" person?
No?
I think some of you are confuse by now..=)
Which is exactly what I am trying to do!
So start using your brains you gits!
Try to think out of the box..
Be an individual!
Just because you are different from some people,
Who are born to be a natural dummies,
That doesn't make you a freak!

Women's Equality Day

Today is Women's Equality Day,
You can love us or hate us..
But without us,

Anyway,
Thats not the whole point about this Women's Equality Day..

Today marks the day,
To commemorate the passage of the 19th Amendment, the Woman Suffrage Amendment to the States..
Besides turning everyone attention to women's continuing efforts toward full equality.

I'm gonna post pieces of my thoughts on this issue..

For now,
I will like to wish all women out there...
HAPPY WOMEN'S EQUALITY DAY,
Lets rejoice and celebrate the freedom we have today=)

Google addiction

Did I ever mention anything about my addiction for Google??
Man!
That thing is tad addictive!!
In my previous post,
I mentioned something about reading my Malaysian Studies notes,
And my mind started drifting off to something else like de sade..Xp

Guess what?
I managed to read a chapter of my Malaysian Studies notes..
But after that I ended up googling for information,
Someone challenged me into prooving to him that,
Without Michelle Obama,
Obama wouldn't be a president..
And it was because of Michelle Obama's support and encouragement,
Hence the States got such awesome president for their country.

Obviously,
He hit on the wrong ego button of mine,
I google that information up again..
To proove myself right=)
And some other stuff about women not needing males in their life,
More than males need women in their life for the fear of leading a lonely life..
My friends scrutinized at me when I told them,
That, I don't need a man,
In other words it means,
I am more like a freemale female..
They laughed at the lack of my affection towards the opposite sex,
Claiming that I must be a lesbian for not having any feelings towards any guy,
Who hit on me but all these while didn't receive any feedbacks from me..
So..
I am gonna,
Proove them wrong..
That I am not the only female who thinks like that..
Who have the thoughts of living alone one day,
Not having someone to look after..
Bluh bluh bluh..
Those shyt.

26th August is Women's Equality day,
And guess what!?
I am gonna put up a post..
On..
What I know about Women's rights so far...
And some other iconic women who play an important role to proove,
Those chauvinists assholes out there,
That women,
Are NOT the weaker sex..
The myth that women need a man to make them complete,
Since we hit the Enlightment period..
Realization hits.

And some people tends to drift off to the Medieval Ages..

Supposed to be reading through my Malaysian Studies notes,
For my Malaysian Studies finals tomorrow,
But guess what!?
I am staring at my notes..
But my mind is just not in it..

How should I put things together after I am done researching..
Hmm...

So yeah,
My mind is definitely not in that shyt stuff right now,
After all I just need another 15 marks to pass anyway..Xp

Lucas and I ended up having a heating debate over an issue in the library today,
IT WAS SOOOO FUNNY!!!!
I am supposed to get my Functions work done,
Buthen when I saw Lucas in the library,
With him flashing me that cheeky grin of his,
We started discussing about..
God knows what,
Till we hit on my ultimate favourite topic,
Of defending women..
And women seemed to be more dominant compare to men these days..

Lucas : Guys are stupid. They die for girls! Thats why you women might take over the world one day cause of our foolishness!

Bwahahahahaha!
That is undeniably true larh!!!
Then again,
We have girls whom allowed their screws loose,
When they are in love..
In other words,
Most people tend to be irrational when they fall for someone,
Apparently "blinded" with love..
Such idiots.

Personally I think people should know how to use their mind too,
Even if they are in love,
I mean people in love tend to think with their heart!
Its like their brain cells is dead or something swamped with love all over it...

And when they got their heart broken,
SNAP!
Their "happily ever after ending" just ended like that..
For that they have no choice but to step on the solid earth,
To use their mind and collect pieces of themselves...

I didn't say its wrong to fall for anyone,
But that doesn't means you should always follow your heart..
Your heart can deceive you,
That is the harsh reality..
Perhaps some of you wouldn't agree with me..
I am fine with it..

However,
I am still questioning,
Do all people tend to be irrational when they are in love?
"Blinded" with love..

PS : I fell HARD for someone once that I am proud to admit it. But I'll never regret that feeling. It taught me a lot=D I wasn't hurt, but my rational tells me that things wouldn't work out for us. Though what hurts most was to put an end to that, but I wasn't much affected by it unlike some people..XP

Reading habits

Since I've not been feeling quite right..

Not reading enough these days,

Besides my text book..

And like I did mentioned before this,

Its so not cool,

Not knowing anything besides what is in your text book..

Besides learning isn't all about reading stuff from your text book...

Though I must say,

Most science students tend to ignore the importance of reading,

Other reading materials besides knowing what is in their text book,

Like you hardly can find science students who actually know more than..

What is in the text book,

(Expecially Asian students)

No kidding.

And that doesn't include me,

HELL NO!

I will not allow myself to be THAT IGNORANT!

So yeah,

The only few other reading material that I've been reading are..

My TIMES magazine which I'll receive at my doorstep weekly..

That reminds me,

An imbecile took my magazine away from me the other day,

When I was speakin to my mentor!!!

Pffttttt!

Now I couldn't find it and I am in the midst of finishing an article about the H1N1!

How annoying!!!

I don't really have the time to skim through the daily papers these days,

Except for the weekends,

Which is a compulsory for me to read the papers over breakfast/brunch..

The other days,

I reckoned there are trival issues on our politicians,

Arguing with each other over stupid idiotic sick cases like sodomy case!!

Those sick bastards disgusts me really!

They do know how corrupted this country is now,

BUT they are not doing a fuck to make things better for everyone,

By arguing about their personal issues!

So what if he's gay!?

Haven't you heard of gay rights??

Insatiable Fuckers.

I am gonna make sure..

That I'm reading at least one novel in a week,

Though I am aware of my responsibility as a student,

Which is obviously to keep track of the tasks given to me,

But at the same time,

I cannot possibly allow myself to turn into those ignorant pricks,

Who don't read,

Since they don't have time to do so..

When they do have the time,

Guess what?

They choose to indulge themselves in obscurest things like thinking what to do next,

Since they have nothing to do=.=

Call me what you want,

I don't care as long as I didn't turn into one of those ignorant pricks!

That reminds me..

My History lecturer mentioned something about science students,

With a superiority complex,

And guess what!?

I can't help but to agree with him on that!

Like seriously!

They think they know everything!!

*rolles eyes*

PS : Mind you, I am like those in betweens who do both humanities and science at the same time. But what puts me off is when I told some people that I History are such awesome subjects and they give me that look of you-must-a-real-idiot-to-like-such-boring-subjects! They just don't get how you can relate things you learn from History to other fields of studies.*shakes head*

PSS : I do not know more than those science students who doesn't read. Which is why, I needa boost up my reading habits.

How I wish money will start falling from the sky...
Or I'll receive a phone call very this instant by someone,
Telling me that I am the lucky winner for god knows what..Xp

Why am I talking about money anyway?

Cause..
I need more cash!
Like who doesn't?
Its so not me fretting over money shortage,
Since I usually managed to safe enough for myself to spend..
From my allowance of course.
Don't get me wrong here..
I haven't been spending much lately,
Except to spend money on food..
Well I needa eat something for lunch don't I?
For I hardy eat much for dinner.
Lunch and breakfast are like my main meal everday..
And I don't like skipping meals,
Unless I have to..

Then why do you need more cash you may ask??
Well,
Since there's a bookfair which obviously,
I'll be going soon..
And I need more cash..
To splurge on books!=D
Its been awhile since I added new books into my library..
And my library seemed "empty" without new books in it..
(though there's hardly any space for more books in my room now)

So since..
August is coming to an end,
*grin*
Which means, it'll be September anytime soon..
And I'm gonna get my monthly allowance by then..
Besides..
September will be a rather important and *cough* exciting *cough* month for me..
*hint* *hint*

Right.
You absolutely got it right there=D
I am turning legal 18 soon!!^^
And I am hoping that any relatives of mine..
IF they are thinking of getting me anything..
Money will be the best thing ever=p

I do hope it'll be as good as last year's one..

PS : Or Nuffnag will deliver cheque to my doorstep on my birthday=) Holy!! Thats a nice thought=p

PSS : You may wonder why didn't I ask my dad to buy me books instead. Thing is he doesn't like buying me books since he said I tend to read like drinking water=___= So if I need books, I should use my allowance to buy them. And I must say, my collection of books are the most precious to me..=D
