Ally gave me a georgeous skirt yesterday*grin*
She doesn't like it so she gave it to me^^ *grin* *grin*
I tried it on...(see the photograph above..)
And it fit me perfectly=)
Thanks Ally Wally!! I lurve that skirt sooooooo awfully much!!^^ Recently, I read a book from our local author. Well, to be honest I hate reading local author books cause I think they are trying to imitate all those international author by writing their own cheapskate books=X Ivy finished reading the book so I asked her if I am allowed to borrow it from her since I am book thirsty that time. Its a book from May-Zhee who is only 17 this year but she already published her first book,"Vanitee Bee" when she was only 16. I ain't going into details about her cause I'm gonna drop her blog link here for you guys to check out her "eye catching" pink blog(you guys know how much I detest pink) to know more about her(
Link)
Sweetheart from hell is not that type of book that will catch my eyes but since I am book thirsty that time I decided to put my hands on any books in front of me and when Ivy flashed that
juicy thick Sweetheart from Hell I can't help myself being curious to know about her works. I've read about her in the newspaper and stuff but I ain't tempted to buy her books cause of my impression towards local author who usually publish such nonsensical awful boring books. I thought that author is trying to be another
Sophie Kinsella who is
an awesome author who wrote
BRILLIANT books since the character in her story kinda reminds me of Becky from the Shopaholic novel and well...the style of writing is a lil like Sophie Kinsella's style of writing with some ridiculous and sarcastic value in the character in the story. Ok, that's not my point. I am just crapping before this..
Note : Just came back from school and I am kinda exhausted
What makes me like her story is her
creativity and her
originality. I found out that she's just being who she is when she wrote the books after reading her blogs cause she has her way of describing and highlighting things to the readers which is very impressive as I found it very intriguing at the same time. She's not afraid to be herself when she wrote her books though it arouses some sensitive issues among certain readers after reading the book but heck who cares right?
I ain't promoting her book for her here but just to share my view after reading her books. Anyways, her book is very Sophie Kinsella like with a mixture of herself in it. Maybe she's a shopaholic herself who knows eh? However, I still LURVE
Torey Haden's books though she ain't that sarcastic when she's trying to describe something in the book she wrote.
