Its after 12am and I am still half way through my Literature studies
I have a test tomorrow based on the novel that I am supposed to analyse for my Literature study,
As usual, I am revising my Literature at the eleventh hour, preferably a day before the test..
I HAVE NOT:
*Memorize any quotes which will help me with my essay writing tomorrow,
*Read up my list of vocabulary since my lecturer will test us on it,
*Go through the themes or in other words, figure out what are the themes so far,
*Characters? Well, I have loads to say about certain characters but I still have to come out with the right words to describe them..
I just wanna do well in this
I don't wanna get any what I can put it as a "normal" or "common" A grade, cause I know that I can do better than to get an A. I want an A++ if possible or A+!!!
The streak of kiasu-ism is in me when comes to things like Literature,
can't afford not to do well in it but I still have the habit of going through it at the eleventh hour, so smack me will you!?
Anyhow, the reason for this post is to wish..
My dad and Yvonne for today is their BIRTHDAY!!!!
Today marks the 2nd of March in my calendar and to me, its like any other day..
I mean, it just didn't occur to me that today is my daddy's birthday..
And the birthday of the girl who sit next to me in every Chemistry class,
Oh gosh! I feel like an ass for forgetting about their birthdays!
I mean, I REMEMBERED when is their birthday,
But it just slipped off from my mind..
I didn't get to wish my dad today,
Since I am so caught up with the tasks given by my lecturer,
And when I saw Yvonne during Chemistry period today,
It just didn't occur to me that its her birthday today and there I am sitting next to her as if well, its just like any normal days..
Lydia was the one who reminded me about her birthday actually!=X
Lydia : Yvonne, Happy Birthday!!
Me : Oh fuck!! Its your birthday today!!! So sorry!! Happy Birthday Yvonne!
So, here I am to dedicate this post to my daddy and Yvonne..
For today is their BIRTHDAY!!!
