Went to the old folks home today with fellow interactors from my school. I had an enjoyable and sweet moments when I was in the old folks home. The old folks home is somewhere around Sarlini's housing area. So we gathered at her place this morning before we walk to the old folks home together. Kit Teng was lost but she managed to find her way there. We helped them to clean up the place. Then we have card making session with them. I on the other hand was with Aunty Nellie most of the time in the kitchen. While she's having her breakfast we chatted. Then Jas, Sonia and Shobz joined us=) It was nice listening to her stories. I am amazed by her faith in God. And she shared with us how God guide her all these while. And she told us a true story about the miracles that God performed throughout her life and make her believe that there is a God out there. She used to be paralysed last time when she was 14 cause she got a very high fever. Besides being paralysed, she's mute and she's blind. She can't talk cause of her tongue.
But because of the presence of God and her faith in Him, she got healed.
There's a lot of things she told me. She definitely left a great impact in me. No matter what she'll be remembered and I found out her birthday is just three days after my mom's birthday!=)

We sang a birthday song for one of our aunt there since its her birthday today. I can't remember her name though. We even made her a card and each one of us sign in it.

Went Bukit Tinggi Jusco shopping after that. I bought a dress for myself!!=) Not the white one. A better dress. But I didn't get to buy the skirt I want though=( Mom larh!!>=( Sighs! Anyway she promised to bring me out shopping in KL soon!!=D
